Employee policies

New employee policies come soon to extend the legacy of Arjuna and
Dronachaya schemes:


1) Bhisma Pitamah Scheme - Giving extension to loyal employees who are
about to retire and making an agreement with them that they will serve
until death.

2) Yudhisthir Scheme - Starting a gambling scheme in which the employee
looses all that he has and is forced to stay in the company

3) Bhima Scheme - Special incentive to physically strong employees to
stop other employees from running away.

4) Draupadi Scheme - Encouraging female employees to marry five loyal
male employees to prevent them from leaving the company. Even if one
leaves
the company there will be four others to take care of her!!

5) Gandhari Scheme - Tying cloth on the eyes of employees so that they
cannot see the shortcomings of their company.

6) Ravana Scheme - Kidnapping employees who are about to leave the
company.

7) Ram Scheme - Sending employee to a jungle like location where he
does not gets information about job openings in other companies.

8) Sita Scheme - Encouraging female employees to go for "Swayamvar"
where only employees of the same company will be invited.

9) Lakshman Scheme - Recruiting qualified siblings of loyal employees

10) Vaanar Sena Scheme (New FOPE's can be classified under this scheme)
- Recruiting "young" jobless people who can work day and night in
enthusiasm of getting their first job without any complaints!

11)Gita scheme: Karm karo phal (salary) ki asha mat karo

12)Abhimanyu scheme: TRAP......TRAP..............TRAP..........IN BONDS
