Sorry for confusion one more time.

With respect to above subject, as discussed with you, please sign the bolt torqueing report.

(I attach the result of demo for gasket and the approved vendor list for Kukil which are supplier for Gasket)

 

1.       As mentioned your e-mail (Cutting joint), U010-621FM010-0304, Joint No.1 which is included in 6210-P02-UG-FM-021-P1 was modified for matching alignment between flange to Valve.

This line is included for partial test package, we will verify this joint as hydro test for whole test package.

 

2.       I request for signing for bolt torqueing report for flange to valve for other lines as below (Side by Portable tank) due to moving LER.

-          Gasket was changed as new type due to leak between GRE Flange & PIV Valve.

-          HDEC implemented the demonstration for this gasket successfully.

-          So, we kindly request to sign the bolt torqueing report for this line.

-          Line Side by portable water tank is very urgent due to moving LER.

Ref the attached TPA email, the 36" GRE line has modified at two locations to install the butterfly valve. Re-hydro test shall be completed back release for back filling.
